The client required a complete epoxy floor coating system, safety line marking for forklift and pedestrian zones, and anti-corrosion wall coatings across all internal steel surfaces. The primary challenge on this project was the condition of the existing concrete slab, which was heavily contaminated with oil, grease, and surface laitance accumulated over years of industrial use. The steel walls also presented significant rust and corrosion that needed to be addressed before any coating could be applied. Safety yellow line marking was installed to clearly delineate forklift operating zones and pedestrian walkways in accordance with WHS standards.
